What is the difference between O.C. NOW and O.C. NOW SPECIAL?
NOW stands for "immediately available". This means that you get your new hair system cut directly at your first appointment with us. In the standard O.C. NOW range, we have over 50 different shades in various styles and designs in stock. Basically everything from blonde to brown to black is shown here.
The O.C. NOW SPECIAL is used in particular when there is a proportion of gray in the hair. Here too, we can offer you a wide range of variants, e.g. proportion of gray hair, to provide you with the right individual solution. These systems are somewhat more expensive due to the special production process. The same applies, for example, to the desire for permanent curls in the hair system. We work these in individually according to your wishes in a preliminary appointment and retain them permanently.
Why do I need two hair systems?
You can compare your hair system to an item of clothing and you probably don't wear the same T-shirt every day. It should be similar with your hair system, as this will make your everyday life easier at the beginning.
Your benefits at a glance:
1. changing the hair system is more relaxed, as you always have a clean system ready and can concentrate fully on the new bonding.
2. you extend the durability of the individual hair systems. By alternating every 2-3 weeks, the systems are less stressed.
3. you always have a backup in the cupboard! An important point for many customers, because if something should go wrong, you don't have to panic, you have an alternative at hand.
4. you can try things out, e.g. one system a little longer, the other a little shorter and be flexible in your styling.
5. you have a long journey to Düsseldorf? With two systems you have peace of mind for the long term. Many customers therefore plan to come to us once a year.
Why are the hair systems cheaper in a bundle?
With our bundle with two hair systems you will receive a new customer bonus of CHF 250. There are two reasons for this:
- It guarantees you the best start with a hair system for the reasons mentioned above and that is our most important concern.
- We save some time by cutting two systems in one appointment, so we can work more efficiently and pass on a price advantage to you as a customer.
What is included in the O.C. CAREBOX?
We offer two versions of the O.C. CAREBOX:
1) O.C. CAREBOX LIGHT for all customers who do not want to change their hair system themselves at home, but would rather have it done as a service in the O.C. Store. This box costs CHF 129.
2) O.C. CAREBOX for all customers who would like to change their hair system themselves at home, independently of the service in the store. This box costs CHF 259.
The O.C. CAREBOX consists of products that you need to care for, change and fix your hair system. Proper care with our specially developed products and gentle handling are crucial for the longevity of your hair systems. The following items are included in the CAREBOX.

Can there be additional costs?
You should also plan for a one-off charge of around CHF 40 for the appropriate adhesive and possible styling products. This can vary depending on your needs and scalp, so we cannot include the products in the O.C. CAREBOX as standard.
When and how can I pay?
For your binding appointment confirmation, you first make a deposit of around CHF 250, which you can pay conveniently online by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, etc. You will then receive a QR code by e-mail, which will deduct the deposit from the final amount at your appointment on site.
Payment for your hair systems and products is then made in our studio at the end of your appointment. You can pay by credit card (Amex, VISA, Mastercard), EC card or cash.
We do not currently offer a monthly payment model in the form of installments or subscriptions.
